High reliability in battery systems

Vent Pro VRLA

Sealed industrial batteries with regulated valve, operation with electrolyte based on potassium hydroxide, has a low water consumption and its service of operation is optimal even in high temperatures. Their special gas separators ensure minimum water loss, exceeding the requirements of the IEC 62259 standard and operating without any problem.

Characteristics
  • Bag Plates
  • Separator that improves the recombination of gases
  • Elimination of thermal problems
  • Special design of the valve with low pressure
  • Vertical mounting
  • High impact resistance
  • Operation with electrolyte of 1,200 gr/cm3 density at 25°C
  • Compliance with IEC 62259
Based on the application and needs of our clients, there are two types of plates, which are:
1. L-type cells from 15 to 1680 Ah for low discharge applications, from 3 to 100 hours.
  • Petrochemicals
  • Emergency lights
  • Rural environments

VRPP

Sealed industrial batteries, designed with two plates containing nickel hydroxide and cadmium hydroxide, respectively. Their active material is retained by the bags formed by nickel strips, which are cut according to the size of the steel plate to promote conductivity and minimize deterioration of the positive pole.

Characteristics
  • Reliable and predictable operation
  • Resistance to mechanical and electrical excess
  • No internal corrosion
  • Optimal functionality at high temperatures
  • Low maintenance
  • Operate with electrolyte of 1,200 gr/cm3 density at 25°C
  • Compliance with IEC 60823
Applications
  • Emergency lights
  • Railway signals
  • Starting engines
  • Telecommunications
  • Fire safety system
  • Petrochemicals
  • Photovoltaic systems

VRPP HVM/HVL

The industrial HVM and HVL HVL nickel cadmium batteries are better than a battery with a conventional gas recombination valve, these are called ultra-low maintenance, i.e. designed for the least water use and meet the EFFICIENCY requirements of the Recombination of Gases established in the IEC 62259 + IEC 60623 standards. They comply with the requirements of International Standard IEC 60623 for nickel cadmium batteries, as well as International Standard IEC 62259.
